Re: Bahrain Prediction Thread
Didn't the Schumel used to thank the cleaning lady?
So I guess it was a good thing to sleep through?

Re: Bahrain Prediction Thread
Just finished watching it, well actually Angie and I slept through most of it. Thank the stars that I went to my son's hockey game instead of watching it live, he was infinitely more entertaining and made some crazy saves.
If this is an indication of what the season will be like, I maybe regretting the decision to go to Montreal. I hope they are able to make the show a little more interesting by then!!

Re: Bahrain Prediction Thread
Yeah, that was the most boring race, I can't believe I woke up for that and then napped through watching the Blackhawks game.
Felt bad for Vettel. Felt good for Flippy. Miss having real pit stops and strategies, and can't believe with this full fuel thing they still have stupid tire rules and engine rules.

How did you USF1 do?
I know the results....Haven't seen the race yet....and from the sounds of it I should just give it a miss.
WSBK on the 26th

Bohrain.
Thank god I PVR'd the thing. Spent a lot of time with the fast forward button. Ferrari 1-2 gifted-- courtesy cracked manifold. Vettell was uncatchable otherwise. But an even more mickeymouse track than Indy.

I can assure you, M$U reps have already contacted the powers that be in Bahrain, and the lawsuit is being put together...

Re: Bahrain Prediction Thread
Some post race reflection
Man of the race, Vettel, was able to hold back Rosberg to maintain fourth.
Micheal did OK for his 1st race back, but if this will be a trend do not expect to see him back next year.
Button was spanked hard in the arse unfortunately, although he was stuck behind Schummel for a long time and therefore we won't really know his pace.
I think now we have a Massa button, "Felipe, please slow down, your fuel consumption is too high to finish the race".... wink wink. Fack!
Webber under performed.
Disappointment of the race was Sutil spinning, it would have been interesting to see where he finished.
Something needs to be done to spruce up the show, any suggestions?
Maybe only 1 set of tires?

Bore-rhain.
Nice quote- Germany's Bild quoted Adrian Sutil's father Jorge as saying: "Next time I will take with me something to read."

Re: Bahrain Prediction Thread
No, there is a flippy pedal...
A button is too obvious...
"Hey, flippy...you know the crappy engine we gave you, that just blew up....? well unless you lift, you're about to blow a second one...all in a single race....Fernado ? no he's ok, we gave him the "real racing engines"....
We saw M$'s true pace in a mid-grid car : mid grid racer !!
Button spanked by Hamil : excpected.
Webbo spanked by Vettel : excpected.
I am going to reccord the next one: so I can watch it on speed 32X....
3 minutes of my times, that is at best what that pathetic show deserve....(too bad too...it wasn,t too crapy last year....)

Re: Bahrain Prediction Thread
I have the feeling that all the races this year will be equally dull and unentertaining.
As for Mercedes-Benz GP; Mistah Brawn seriously needs to reconsider his tactics, and quickly, from Team Ro$$chmacher to Team Ro$$berg!
There were two too many WC's in that race.
