Singapore 2013
I really don't care for this track. And I forgot to DVR the quals. It looks like an interesting grid even with the usual suspects.
Is has Kimi just gone into Ferrari mode? or is the team giving RG the developments since Kimi's gone?
I'[ll have to record the race...

Re: Singapore 2013
Kimi has a Back Injury.
Local analgesic via syringe to the spine...
Allegedly due to something that happened to him in a 2001 Sauber testing incident at Magny-Cours... http://www.autosport.com/news/report.php/id/110033
You know how, when you go to pick-up a box and you expect it to be a certain weight - and when it's a lot lighter (e.g. a shoe-box but without the shoes in it), you tumble over backwards...
I suspect that this happened when Kimi picked-up his last month's pay-slip...
Whatever - gently gently catchy TC...

It's getting a bit boring with Vettel winning all the time, no?
Well done from Kimi though.

It's getting a bit boring with TC leading all of the time too.Henrik wrote:It's getting a bit boring with Vettel winning all the time, no?

But some of us are trying to do something about that - and a bit of bump-drafting might help, eh guys n'girls...?
Back on-topic: I really reckoned that Kimi couldn't do what he did:
Shows what I know...
...and that adrenaline is the best motivational pain-killer yet invented...
...apart from Choc-Ices natch.

My drivers came 1 (captain), 2, 3, and 5 only for Webber to not finish the last lap and rob me of my team points.Gelert wrote:It's getting a bit boring with TC leading all of the time too.

I give-up.

Webbo was classified as a "Finish".Danny Boy wrote:My drivers came 1 (captain), 2, 3, and 5 only for Webber to not finish the last lap and rob me of my team points.Gelert wrote:It's getting a bit boring with TC leading all of the time too.

I give-up.
I seem to remember him being classified in 16th on the TV immediately after the race; and the "Official Autosport Report" has him finishing in 15th:
Pos Driver Team Time
1. Sebastian Vettel Red Bull-Renault 1h59m13.132s
2. Fernando Alonso Ferrari +32.627s
3. Kimi Raikkonen Lotus-Renault +43.920s
4. Nico Rosberg Mercedes +51.155s
5. Lewis Hamilton Mercedes +53.159s
6. Felipe Massa Ferrari +1m03.877s
7. Jenson Button McLaren-Mercedes +1m23.354s
8. Sergio Perez McLaren-Mercedes +1m23.820s
9. Nico Hulkenberg Sauber-Ferrari +1m24.2261s
10. Adrian Sutil Force India-Mercedes +1m24.668s
11. Pastor Maldonado Williams-Renault +1m28.479s
12. Esteban Gutierrez Sauber-Ferrari +1m37.894s
13. Valtteri Bottas Williams-Renault +1m45.161s
14. Jean-Eric Vergne Toro Rosso-Ferrari +1m53.512
15. Mark Webber Red Bull-Renault +1 lap
16. Giedo van der Garde Caterham-Renault +1 lap
17. Max Chilton Marussia-Cosworth +1 lap
18. Jules Bianchi Marussia-Cosworth +1 lap
19. Chales Pic Caterham-Renault +1 lap
20. Paul di Resta Force India-Mercedes +6 laps
Fastest lap: Vettel, 1m48.574s
Not classified/retirements:
Driver Team On lap
Grosjean Lotus-Renault 38
Ricciardo Toro Rosso-Ferrari 24
That's why the "RBR Constructors Component" got points for the full race completed with both cars.
Give up? That's not the Millwall way shurely...
*Edit* Torro Rosso got you 28 points.
Caterham got me & TC 49 points.
Sucks IMHO.

Re: Singapore 2013
I'm shocked I am still winning. I haven't made a change in lineup all season.
