My F1 Tipping Competition

Hey guys.

I've run my work F1 tipping competition for the last 6 years and have now finally put it online. The website is itself pretty simple (you can tell I have no website skills) but it's all for a bit of fun.

From a mere 6 people (my small office) we had just under 50 participating last year mostly from Oz and the UK - that was through Excel spreadsheets so as you can imagine it was a pain to process.

Now I've done it through wordpress, so you just need to register with a valid email address and a username. Pretty simply, then pick your top 10, fastest lap and pole position and see how you go!

I can sometimes see the site, but at other times I get this.
Maybe, when you're updating the site, and you take it "offline", then this can be the result....?

Not got access to the site since the GP, don't trust sites that keep trying to sell you domain names.

I will call it a day on this one.

Sorry guys there was an issue as my payment hadn't gone through so it was registered as a free site and thus limited bandwidth which subsequently overloaded every few hours.

Annoyingly it kept directing to advertising.

Payment is now through and up and running with no issues. Sorry for the teething problems guys.

Joined, although 2 rounds late.

Playlife, I did not get access to the second round, but if the glitch is fixed I WILL DO THE 3RD ROUND AND STUFF GELERT, as me and eso are doing in the other league

What I do usually is if anyone misses a round, they get the lowest non-zero score of that round. So at least you won't be starting from zero.

There should be a panel on the top right hand side which allows you to register - you should then get a confirmation email with a very strong password which you can change upon logging in.

Down for maintenance for a few hours, just adding a few updates.

After 4 hours of not knowing what I was doing, finally back online.

Ahh you're Piston Weekends, was wondering who that was.

You're certainly registered and approved, although your results didn't come through for some reason. Only thing I can think of is that you weren't logged in when you pressed 'add prediction' - when you enter your tips, you will receive an email with what your tips were. If you have that I can add it back into the system, otherwise I can give you an average score for the rounds you missed if there was an error on my end (likely).

Try entering tips for China (you can change them at any time, as many times as you like), and I'll see if it registers and if you receive the email.
