I was watching this movie and I have a question. Count Doukoo is questioning Obi Wan and tries to get him to join him to fight against the Sith Lord Darth Sidius (whom we all know is the chancellor), who has control of the senate.
Is he being sincere or is he trying to create confusion?

i think he was feeling out obi-wan to see if he would help in toppling sidious. he put it out there to see if obi-wan would bite.
