RIP Dan Wheldon

Talk about some bullshit. The last race of this formula, and the guy gets killed. He was always cool to me in the bars.

That sucks. What little I know about this race sounds like they put a lot of people on the track with questionable abilities, and a few cars that might not have been prepared as well as they could have been. A bit soon to start the fingerpointing, but this whole $5 million thingsounded like more lotto hype than racing.

Also- too small a track ? Dunno.

Again- sucks.
Saw him drive twice at the Glen.

IT reminds me of a west coast track that was deemed to fast after the drivers blacked out under the constant g force. You mix in amateur hour, 5million dollars, and a dangerous oval, and this is what you get.
