So, is Marquez getting ready to melt down?

The circuit looks strange with all the spots from grinding the surface. It looks like it would take too much for the pavement to start breaking down badly. It will be interesting to see the condition in November when the F1 circus lands there.

Let's see a good race.

Well Marquez has been at it again. After crashing in Q2 and getting his spare bike, he went out and blocked ViƱales on a hot lap. Marquez ended up getting pole, but was then moved back 3 places as a penalty.

Seriously, they need to do something more drastic to him so that he mellows out. Now he will probably be even more aggressive at the start as a result.

I think it's going to take a suspension if he keeps this up. He's really being out of control right now.

Well that was uneventful. I really don't think that track suits the bikes at all.

For all his faults, Marquez just owns that circuit.

Yes, very uneventful. Jerez should fix that.

Oh, don't get me wrong! Marquez is an incredible talent, and I often wonder at how the hell he manages to do the stuff he does. He has redefined the riding style since arriving in MotoGP, and pretty much everybody is trying to copy it. And yes, he owns Austin!
