This is me, I am guessing that our resident redneck will be somewhat to high right-hand corner

Re: Right, Left or Center
Interesting...
I always considered myself Right-of-Centre, but with:
Economic Left/Right: -4.50
Social Libertarian/Authoritarian: -1.13
I'm actually Left-of-Centre, and South into Hippydom.
Still, I'm Right-&-North-of-DB...
...for which I shall doubtless go to hell.
Or West Ham...

Re: Right, Left or Center
That's pretty interesting. Before going through the questions, I would have placed myself somewhere in the bottom right quadrant, but reasonably close to the center. Instead, I am clearly bottom left instead as it seems all of us on here so far are.
Economic left/right: -1.00
Social libertarian/authoritarian: -3.49
That said, I am clearly to the right of all of you, which given my profession would seem logical. In comparison with the chart, I would be close to Nelson Mandela, which being someone I have the utmost respect for I find sort of flattering. It scares me to see that they have also placed Francois Hollande not far from there, as I can't stand him and his ideas in general. I really think they have made an error placing him there, as he may be reasonably libertarian, but he is certainly way more left than me.
Finally, I find it interesting that the majority of world leaders they have projected are all bunched in the upper right. To see Obama placed that far right is a bit strange. I really do not see him being almost as far right as Romney, and would like to think that he is a bit more libertarian as well. Also, pope Benedict is really not that far from Hitler...
And Gelert, looking at Dannyboy's result, I think anybody will be right-north of him!

LOL - I bet your's and my views coincide on that subject, DB.
What Elmer Fudd / Blind Pugh thought that THAT was EVER going be anything other than a full-on cluster-fuck of an idea...?
Fuck my old boots! What a disaster...!

I am bottom right. Basically I am below Friedman more toward the libertarian party.
