Covid-19 and being locked up
Hey all of those that still frequent this forum. I hope that all of you are keeping safe during these strange times.
On our end, we were set to go to Malta last Friday, but on Thursday the Maltese government blocked all flights from Switzerland so we could not go. That was a good thing, because one day later we would have gone, and would right now be stuck in a 14 day quarantine in a hotel room in Malta.
Instead we have stayed put, and I have been working from home since a week now. Locally everything has now been shut down with the exception of food shops, pharmacies and service stations. With the beautiful spring weather, it is just wonderful outside, and I am so happy we live in the country as we can go for walks in the forest over lunch. Less pollution, hardly and noise from the roads and very little vapour trails in the sky. It feels like nature is begin to take over again...
Anyway, we are avoiding contact with others as best we can, and taking it easy. I hope everybody else is doing well too.

Re: Covid-19 and being locked up
Hope everyone is safe and well.
Spent the 3 months in Italy last year for work and was due to be in Milan at the end of February 2020 for a further few months... but that all changed very quickly.
Went to the first day of the Australian Grand Prix in mid-March (it's 4 days here, the first is non-F1). Felt pretty comfortable and decided not to go in on Friday for practice which as it turned out was a good decision.
Fortunately able to work from home and have been since 17 March.

Re: Covid-19 and being locked up
Good to hear you are doing okay, working from home. You should have told us you were in Milan last year, as we could have met up somewhere. It is not that far from Geneva, and I (used to ) go to Lugano quite often for work. So, if you happen to get back to Milan in the future, let us know!

Will do Henrik.
We're based out of the Milan area (Leonardo) so I'll be going back to the area every so often. Stayed in Arona my last two trips, wonderful area!
