Diplomatic cnuts
Went to this fella's funeral on Thursday.

Not a single representative from the British Embassy turned up. Now I don't agree with a lot of whats going on in Bahrain or "enhanced interrogation practices" worldwide, but Britain is up to its neck in many of these types of practices, and yet they chose to ignore this old warrior.
P.I.P Ian, some great stories were told over a sociable beer or two.

I can imagine there would have been some great stories there. Would have loved to hear some of them...

One of his first stories was running away from boarding school aged 7, walked and ran 240 miles through Kenya.
When he got home he told his dad "I don't like that school and I'm not going back".
