It's been a while since I last posted something in any forum recently... but checking my mail I got a notice of a new private message to a Dive account I didn't even remember I had

As you have read on the forum, see the announcement, ESPN has decided to close forums in a few days ahead of the launch of the new F1 website. There will be no forums on the new website. The F1-Live forum community doesn't want to die so we created an independant, free and ads-free forum here :

Comme tu le sais peut-être, le forum de F1-live va fermer définitivement le 30 novembre. ESPN a en effet décidé sur leur nouveau site à venir le 1er décembre qu'ils ne continueraient pas le forum !
La communauté s'est organisée depuis quelques jours et pour poursuive l'aventure ensemble et ne pas se perdre de vue, nous avons créé un nouveau forum libre, indépendant et gratuit dont voici l'adresse :

i too got that email. i dont trust it at all, i think it is a hoax, or worse.

ESPN must be looking to close the thing down completley. Thew forum was the only reason to go there, all the news is cut and paste press releases from genereal sources, or CAPSIS, whoever they are.
Read thru 2 sign off threads in the general forum, quite a few pot shots being taken.
Of course, we have taken the same path here since Wycco abandoned us.

Erm... The Top Gear page on Facebook (a mere 2,487,317 friends so far,) also updates the content of the TopGear.com F1 blog located @ http://sundayafternoonclub.blogs.topgear.com/
