Montreal - Canadian GP.
Ok, the race isn't far away now. I'm hoping to drive up for Friday only as it appears this could be the first real Shamu gathering and being so close I couldn't miss this opportunity.
Is there a plan yet?

Yes- there is a plan.
Wing it. And don't start a new thread.
Great to hear you're coming.
I don't have a spare $120 to spend on silly hats.
Another 14 hour day....hope I survive till next weekend.

I think we need to start getting cell phone numbers, together. I have Eso and DaSilva.
Only house phone for Werner and E... Veze. No Dani- yet.

Yeah we need a plan, I downloaded the official track schedule the other day and there's a lot going on that I want to see!lol! I think we should meet up somewhere near the Casino in between practice sessions, I think we should all bring something Shamuesque to identify ourselves with.
As for predictions, I don't want to jinx it, but come on it HAS to be a red weekend. I can't wait to see my team and to meet up with everyone.

Well, a lot of rain is in the forecast, except for Friday!! Might be interesting if it's wet. Not so nice for the fans in the stands.

Hell yeah, bring the rain down! I don't care, it's not a glamor show. Bring me a red victory, that's all I ask! :-D

40% chances of rain in the afternoon. It can change everything.
Sorry Dani, you'll get wet but a little rain is always good for the show.
we'll see.

pretty good qually, it will be interesting to see what happens today. Sorry for Werner and Angiue that MS sucked out in the qually, but if it rains will he shine?

Re: Montreal - Canadian GP.
So the race is starting earlier than usual. It threw me off when gueuze sent the qual results to me in a text at lunchtime.
Don't races typically start at 2:00 pm? And it's starting at 12:00 this year... No doubt to have the race fall at prime-time in the EU...
I think I'll watch this one.

Re: Montreal - Canadian GP.
Might have been more to work around world cup games.
Germany vs. Oz starting a half hour after the race finishes.
As Danny said ,an exciting race w/o rain, a rare treat.
